The analyses highlighted the potentiality and criticality of Viale Toscana area situated in Milan, and allowed me to define accurately the functional purposes and their arrangement within the project.

The main objective of the project is the construction of a residential complex that meets excellent energy performance. The project is the result of an integrated design from a structural point of view and energy.
